Great job and good inspiration. I am thru with buying anything except healthy foods to do this with.
  • I don't have any photos sadly (I was too self-conscious to take 'before' photos, as silly as that might sound).
^ This, it's not silly at all, however I am kicking myself even if they were only for me, I wish I'd have taken before's.

    Anyway,

I started this past March, at 249 (5'6, 26 yrs old)

Since then, I've made it down to 191 (58 lbs lost), I've lost 12+ inches off my waist, 6+ inches off my hips, and several inches off other places, I think it's something like 30 inches combined. My GW is 149 (to bring me to an even 100), which I should reach around fall of 2014.

I joined MFP on March 7, 2013, at a beginning weight of 202. I set my goal at 145 (the top end of the healthy BMI range for my height). I hit that goal in September, I think. When I reached it, I still didn't feel my best, and set a new goal of 135. I reached that goal at the end of October and started maintaining. I have been staying between 130-135 since then.

I lost 123 lbs and about 14 dress/pant sizes this year. I'm not really up for sharing those other stats right now. This is the lowest I have been as an adult and I'll be re-evaluating in about 52 lbs. I believe my UGW is about 75 lbs from where I am now. I don't have pictures from December of 2012 but here is November 2012 to November 2013:
    cjthanks1213_zps4edb9c7e.jpg

    What have I accomplished?
Aside from losing the equivalent of a grown human being, I got busy living. I swam many, many miles. I bought a bike as a reward for losing 100 lbs. I rappelled down my buddy's office building (on the left) in a fundraiser for Special Olympics Texas:
    midwayrappel_zps587f3fd5.jpg

I went to said buddy's wedding looking and feeling great just a few weeks ago:
    finchwedding_zps39050c34.jpg

And I made some awesome plans and non-scale goals/activities for 2014.
