  • You could always add a few quorn based meals to up your protein. The ready meals are pretty tasty, large, and low cal.

  • I started using it as a recovery drink after runs longer than 10k. I generally have zero appetite after the run but I find I can manage some chocolate milk and then a normal meal later.   • I haven't really got a time based target. My plan is to see where I'm at by the one year point ( which coincides pretty nicely with my birthday) and re-evaluate from there. Though having said that having the last 13 lbs on my ticker gone by then would be great though with my rate of loss not entirely realistic.
