    Lost 2lb of the Easter weight so far...

    Other goal for this month is to run my April 28 half marathon in 2h 15 or less.

    Well after a great March where I did better than my goal, here goes again! This month though I will be going onto maintenance from the 20th as I can't lose anymore between my final wedding dress fitting and the big day, don't want it falling down as I walk down the aisle!

    CW: 272.25
    GW: 266

    Just for fun: Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. What new event, habit or change are you going to accomplish this month?

    This month I am going to eat my easter eggs in moderation until they're gone rather than eating them all in one day like normal! - 4/22 - still have almost my whole easter egg left, doing well!!

    Very up and down this month. On a more positive note I have achieved 2 runs this week and have a 10k on Sunday and intend to squeeze at least one more short run in sometime.

    I think this is the extra push that I needed.

    I lost a pound since my last weigh in my new weight is 249. :)

    I have lost another 2lbs since my last weigh in. Making me at 247lbs :)
    I happen to be shedding weight pretty quickly!!!! Only 2 more pounds to go for this month.

    I lost an extra pound this weigh in putting me at 246lbs. yay!!!! pretty happy only one more pound to go for this months goal.

    Lost 2 kilos in March! This was an added incentive plus made a great friend!

    19/4 60.6. It's my birthday! What a present - nearly reached my April goal weight. Yippee!:drinker:

    This month I hope to keep on track and maintain all the exercise! It's my 54th birthday this month and it would be special to be in even better shape!
