    I want to get in the habit of exercising at least 30 minutes a day...and hopefully come to enjoy it! I want to be able to find something I really enjoy and can become passionate about...and actually look forward to doing!

    Just for fun: Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. What new event, habit or change are you going to accomplish this month? I want to work on adding excersize to me daily routine.

    This month I want to track everything I do, and I'm trying a new way of eating. I have upped my water intake from 4 to 6 glasses to 12 glasses and for me that's a miracle, I don't like water, so now I flavor it. I want to lose 5 pounds or more this month.

    I've lost about 18 kilo's a couple of years ago, unfortunately I have gain 5 back. I would like to lose about 10 over the next few months. Going to start today, just needing some motivation!

    I'm running my first ever 5K on April 20th!!!!!!!!!!!! :D I finished W8D2 of Couch to 5K yesterday and should finish the program before my race!
