Just started my journey in February....my "renewal" should be to change my exercise up in April. I was doing great first month (feb 17-Mar 17) but got busy/bored/comfortable/whatever and need to get back into a better exercise routine. I have kept the calories/diet in check...but can tell from the slow progress the last two weeks that the exercise is pretty critical for me to make progress.0 -
