tofu crumble with veggies, oats, porridge, quinoa, grits, cereal, fruit, potatoes, and the list goes on :) breakfast is always good!

I so wish I had major in this :( I am thinking of going back to get my masters and major in this subject and hopefully teach or work for the EPA. Had a wonderful professor that open my eyes to my true passion. Glad to see you join :)

Leafy vegetables, oatmeal, and soy actually helps my daughter. She has never been constipated but she does drink alot of water. Have you tried the flavor water or making your own juice and watering it down?

Thank you your menus are helpful! I am looking for as many ideas to see what will work best for me and my little one. The school is great at teaching but they make it a little difficult because she is not on their meal plan. I am going to start with making up a weekly menu,

Eat plenty of grains, legumes, and veggies. I absoblutely love wheat gluten, you can get it premade at Whole Foods or you can make it, I prefer the homemade. Quinoa and cous cous are great to incorporate in your meals. I have been vegtarian for 5 years and now I am making my way to being vegan. My husband has been vegan…

We shop there about 1-2 times a month, we get most of items from Trader Joes. Which is alot cheaper than Whole Foods. What I do purchase mostly is the vegan general tso chicken, vegan bake goods, and vital wheat gluten. Whole foods has a bigger selection of vegan products.

I just bought the book vegan with a vengeance. She has some good recipe in it. I really like seitan (meat substitute made from wheat) and she gives good recipe for this as well. Good luck!

I am not sure if you have farmer markets in your area, but I buy my veggies and fruit from there and I save alot of money. Some do offer meats but I don't eat meat so I would not be any help in that area but it may be a good start if you are able to locate one in your area.

Yes, before becoming a veggie, I only ate chicken. So, you are almost there :) It really is sad what they put in our foods. I am now learning to eat as a healthy vegetarian.
