Well... im supposed to be able to lose 9.5lbs before dec. 11th by eating 1200 calories a day... so just input your goals into myfitnesspal and find out how much you can eat to lose the weight :D

i put it in all the time... the basic thing about protein powder is that you should cook it cause it will clumb, but i find i dont have a problem with that if its mixed with something else in a blender.... HENCE the batter! ;)

I feel like if i cut out the flour and stuff i dont need to go paleo... although fruit and wheat kinda makes me crave it more when i eat it... i just stick with oats and fruit and just try to make it fit in my macros != ) i mean i dont want to have to cut out FRUIT as my treats... i eat fresh dates rolled up in coconut all…

If i have been eating sweets for some time i start getting addicted to it... so the next day ill be craving it again for sure ... if thats the case then YES i deny myself of it JUST because i think, i want to get off the addiction... it usually takes about 2-3 days for me to stop craving it and then i dont even want it =)…

I did this Milatary one ... and it says im 103lbs lean body mass and have body fat of 30% ... When i Really am 119lbs lean body mass and have 20% of body fat... so its not a 100% you guys dont forget that ;)

Even if you go on holiday .. like im going in two weeks... you should really log your stuff into fitness pal, if you see it right there what your eating.. you might think woah and stop. You can download it as an app if you have an iphone ! ;)

Thats it ! im logging it ! :D what i was most concerned about was the sugar levels when logging it.. but i just changed it for sodium. Then i dont have to look at it :D So ill log it as calories but not worry about the sugar unless its refined sugar from other stuff. THANKS GUYS ! :D

The only reason why i wouldnt log veggies would be from not wanting to restrict them within a calorie count ... but i guess just most of them should BE your calorie intake ;P hehe

even weight watchers have started counting veggies AND fruits as 0 points.... and dont they get paid or something? wouldnt it work against them if they did this and the people didnt lose weight with it?

one more thought on this though.. i was raw vegan for 4 months... i must have eaten like 2000grams of sugar from fruits EVERY day... why didnt i get fat or obese then? ... i maby gained 2 kg or something and that was only cause i was coming out of a starvation diet... .... so do i REALLY need to watch my sugar intake on…

I did see an interesting point from someone, witch is that the nutrients you can get from the sugary fruit you can actually get the same thing from veggies, wich dont have so much sugar!! = ) Im gonna try and see if this works, maby ... im not sure :P im going out of the country in 2 weeks and im SURE i will be eating ALOT…

I dont think you understand what negative calories means... its not zero calories. It means that your body burns more calories digesting the food then it actually contains ;) so by the time you have digested the apple it has burnt off ;)

Net calories are the food you eat minus the calories you burn from exersice ;) when you do exersice you can add that up to your calorie intake, that is why they have the Net calories. You can change your settings if you want.. i did, i eat over 100grams of protein a day.. try to aim for 130grams... it burns more calories then carbs ;)

No. Spot reducing is IMPOSSIBLE.. its all about over all weight loss.. buy a bigger bra to wear until you lose the weight : ) if its bigger it doesnt make muffin tops, only if its to small and wraps around you to tightly : ) Just remember, its only UNTIL you lose the rest of the weight :) for your comfort! ;)

Low carb makes me cranky and unmotivated.... WHY? because every cell in your brain runs on carbs... i think even every cell in your body runs on glucose... Stick with fruits and veggies if you want to cut out carbs, eat as MUCH of that as you want, just cut out the starchy ones instead if anything ;)
