The sleeve is much more successful than the other ones but you still have to make a lifestyle change no matter which one you get. It is not a quick fix. I have had friends that have had different ones and one has worked because she has made a change and one has not because she did not make a lifestyle change. Good Luck!

So, let me get this straight... I am given 1420 calories for the day, then I exercise and am given another 600 calories. I have to eat these calories or I won't lose weight? I have been keeping below my 1420 calories and doing some sort of exercise. Confused!
