Thanks. I am ensuring that; but maybe it TOM ? I gained more even with cutting back on exercise calories. I just have to wait and see at this point, didn’t weigh today as I was feeling down after yesterday’s gain. Tomorrow hopefully will show that the gain was temporary and I will be back on track. My mini goal is to make it to 65kg (GW for March). Another mini goal is to run 5k in less than 30 minutes, hopefully in the next couple of months. My closest so far has been 30 min 14 seconds. I am consistently running at or below 34 minutes though. Used to be over 35 minutes for 5k..
