I'm the same way - now that it's colder I want some thing that will warm my 'innards'. No rule says you have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast, right? Find something else that's warm and that you enjoy. How about a toasted peanut butter sandwich with banana? I love oatmeal but I also have to add enough raisins and…

I turned a spare bedroom into my 'gym' with a treadmill, elliptical, ab lounger that I use almost daily. I also have the bands, very pretty to look at, and some other weights with a nice little support bench that the cats love to sit on.... those not used much at all. I haven't bought any sodas, chips, fatty snacks, etc. for over 12 years (with the exception of special occasions which are few and far between). We eat whole wheat -…

yay for you! My son is almost 19 and has always been heavy. He is over six feet tall which helps but most of his is belly fat. Right now he's sitting on 304 lbs. I'm going to try to get him to use this forum to help him lose. I think it would be easier with another teen/guy to buddy up with. I'll give him your user name…
