5am workouts at the gym, machines are freed up, exercise room to myself for the most part, and the best part, I burn calories throughout the day and its DONE! Love it.

When I track my calories burned for the shred, I use circuit training general and put in my minutes and calories burned.

I never said it doesn't burn calories, I just said I personally (ME) would not log it. Especially if you are doing it for 45 minutes, you are burning calories. You can chew food, cook dinner, clean the house and burn calories...I choose not to log those activities. I Just don't have an answer as to how you would track how…

I personally would not log it. It's kind of like logging walking from your car into the grocery store, from the house to the driveway, etc. those are just things I personally wouldn't log.... I'm on level 3 day 3 and if I would have gone 30 days straight, my finish date would have already been 4/18...but i didn't go 30 days straight because my body needed rest and to avoid potential injury.
