That happened to me as well. I am struggling now with my eating, and i am finding that the more time I spend caring for myself, the better I do that day when I just get throught the day. I am back on track after a bad weekend, and I plan on taking more time for me!

If you don't eat enough, your body will hoard fat cells. I know it sounds crazy, but you have to eat enough to lose weight. try eating to your max calories, hopefully that will help.

Try making some omelettes, and what ever protien you make, just add sides for the hubby. I did a diet like this, and there truly are lots of reciries online, but even something as simple as a rotissiere chicken with veggies can be deilicious! Good Luck!

Not just by exercise, change the kinds of food you are eating. Also, drink more water!

Your husband is ripped, and muscle requires more calories to maintain, so of course he can eat what ever he wants. Besides, men don't have the genes that prepare their bodies for childbirth, so they lose weight faster.

Any caffinated beverage should not be counted towards hydration, but other than that, I agree.

I love the sparkling water, and I drink it often. The only problem I have is the fact that it makes me belch, which is not so good in the workplace.

Thank you for sharing, and making yourself vulnerable. This weight rollercoaster I've been on is so frustrating and disheartening. Today is day one for me, and I have 90lbs to loose. Stories such as yours remind me that I am not alone, and that it is achievable.
