Yep, do an hour at the gym 5X a week. Mostly nautalis (SP?) and elliptical. Cardio min of 20 mins w/ heart rate @ 140.

Thanks for the replies :heart: I think I'll try eating more - that seems to make sense. I was struggling not knowing what else I could possibly cut out, when actually it sounds like that may have been hurting.

Same here. I only washed it 3 times a week before I started working out ... now I do every 2nd or 3rd day. I have very long, thick hair that is wicked dry.

Amen to that. I'm struggling like you are ... been trying everything with no results ... but I don't want a quick fix. If I get thin, I'm staying there!

Morgori, Love the Elk photo! I am stuck also. First month of working out I dropped almost ten ... but am now the same for almost two months. Don't have more time to work out! Am there 5X week for 1 1/2 ... i have a full time job & household to run ... ugh!

I fry the whole bag in a non-stick pan with Safflower Oil, Garlic, Pepper ... when cooked through I add a splash of 1 or 2% milk to balance out the flavor. Simmer some more & taste! I use leftovers in my eggs in the morning on on my lunch salad the next day.

For breakfast I had two eggs with feta cheese & left-over sauteed spinach from dinner last night. Lunch will be a salad (what else is new?!) Dinner will be left over London slivers with green beans & a bloody mary. :drinker:
