I prefer walking on the treadmill - with a incline 7-9, speed 4,7 km/hour. And you can burn about 500-600 kcal/hour.

It depends on your current weight and physical activity. If I want to loose 1,5 lbs weekly I should eat without any activity these 1200 kcal. I do every day some workout I eat about 1800-2200 daily. And I´m losing - still about 2 pounds weekly.

I have been here since two months, 22 pounds lost so far. My height is 5´5" and my weight was 183 lbs. I eat better but not clean, I do workouts almost every day. My average burn is about 600 kcal. Just log every your movement. Gym, walking, everything...you can´t burn at the cash desk such a huge amount of calories...I burn every day about 1000 kcal ( about 40-60 min. walking, 70 min cardio - elliptical level 8 and stationary bike about 15 minutes + 30 day shred). What? Don´t eat back your burnt calories? I eat my burnt calories and I´m losing. Every week. Maybe you don´t burn such a amount, try to eat one half of them and you will see the results.

Eat more...if you log everything you eat and your exercises than your diary shows you the calories you can eat...in no case only 1200 kcal daily. I eat about 2200 kcal daily. And I´m losing...

Yes. Me. During 50 days I have lost 20 pounds. Level 8 - 10 for 60 minutes + 5 minutes cool down. About 700 burnt calories. 6-7 times a week.

I eat white bread, white pasta and white rice. And sometimes cakes too (small muffins). Bad carbs? Pche. I don´t like wholemeal things and I won´t eat them just because they are healthier (as claimed). I don´t think white pasta and white rice and white bread are bad. Not at all. It´s not impossible at all. But you have to move and burn a lot of calories too...My starting weight was 83 kg, during 5 weeks I have lost already 6 kg. I eat burnt calories back and I cheat some days...

I eat white bread (or rolls) too because I don´t like multigrain. But I´m loosing. THere is no problem in bread I eat fiber from other resources...

1200 kcal daily is too little. I can´ imagine to eat only this amount. You should move and gain some extra calories - like me. you will have problems to maintain your weight. Believe me.

depends on what is your height and weight. And how much do you want to lose a week...My weight is about 178 lbs and I´m losing about 2 pounds a week. I burn about 700 and more kcal a day. And I eat them. I eat about 1900 kcal a day...And I´m losing...

Exactly. I know I can not burn during 60 minutes swimming more than 500 kcal!! The same value I burn on Elliptical and there is a big difference. I guess I can burn during swimming about 350 kcal
