I just started 30 Day Shred last night. What other exercises do you do while doing 30 Day Shred? Are you suppose to do it everyday or every other day?

I haven't done the shred program, but I know you do it every day for 30 days to see the results. I don't think you need to do anymore exercise than that every day, but you could always go out and do some extra cardio to burn more calories. I probably would withhold anymore strength training because you don't want to get too sore. Plus if I remember correctly, she incorporates strength into her videos. Or if that isn't challenging enough, try doing her workouts twice a day for 30 days. See how it goes.

I started 5 days ago. I go almost every day to the gym - elliptical (1 hour) and walk - about 2 miles daily0

thanks for answering....I have been doing it everyday except I skipped a Friday because I was out with friends for dinner and movie and got home really late and a Sunday (because I went to the gym and ran). I was not able to do any extra work-outs the first week because I was soooo sore. I am on Day 8 of Level 1 and I have now added some extra cardio and abs to burn some extra calories.0

I have to do some other workouts because I need to eat more. I eat about 2000 kcal daily. And I´m losing every week.0
