I have mountain bread 4 days a week! It takes practice but I have never torn a wrap :) Love my sweet chilli sauce too. The lunch sounds delish.

Take a photo of it... do it later. Enjoy the wedding. Eat what's on offer and don't be a picky nightmare guest. Have a bowl of vegetable soup before you go so you aren't starving and avoid any finger food type things.

Don't stress about the fat mate. Its all the good stuff from the nuts and oily fish. You are doing great! Keep doing what you are doing. I <3 vegemite :)

I'm 5'7" (172cm) and weigh 61.5kg (135 pounds). My waist is 67.5 cm (26.5 inches) I'm happy where I am at.

Replying to save the link and stuff for later. The more I read it the more it makes sense. I'm gearing up to slowly up my calories to TDEE next week

Bump for the theory.

The old points system was an easy calculation: (kj/293) + (sat fat/4) = points .... with all veg except potato being "point free" the new system is more complex and the exact calculation wasn't published to my knowledge. It has to do with kj's, protein, carb and total fat content with all fruit and veg being "point free".…

Get a cheap air popping machine from the local kmart/target/big W/ebay/whatever cheap homeware store you have around. Put the kernals in, start her up, 4 mins later POPCORN! No added oil needed. Apparently you can do it in a paper bag in the microwave but I've never done it.
-
My brand is 30g of unpopped corn (riviana) is 109 calories. I air pop mine so you would just have to add the calories for the oil. Then after I have eaten it I weigh the unpopped kernals and deduct those (usually 3-4 grams unpopped). If I can't be bothered weighing them I don't and just count the total 30g which is my…

I will be going it alone after the round is up and even tho I have lost weight over the past 10 weeks, I don't attribute it to 12wbt. Its given me the kick-start to track what I eat again and a frame work to work by in terms of clean eating, but I have not been following it very well. I'm not far from my goal weight and I…
-
Couple of things that stick out straight away: - nectarines are not a dinner. - you are either not eating enough or not tracking properly

You need to open up your diary and give your stats and goals to get proper help on these forums.

2 Questions. - what is the difference between pan spray and I can't believe its not butter spray? - what is fat free half and half? Sorry from Australia and never heard of them.

Stick to the fruit and veg section and the meat section of a supermarket, drink milk and water and eat grainy bread. ie... avoid anything in a packet, bottle or jar.
-
I don't celebrate it with food. I have a good day with friends and family and have a really good time doing whatever I choose. Food is not the highlight of my birthday anymore.
-
So much junk food! The volume of food you are eating is not much because you are choosing high calorie low nutrient density foods. More vegetables needed on your plate.
-
Don't know what Coco Dino Bites or Cap'n Crunch are either...... Australia has none of the yum sounding foods!
-
No idea what they are.

Soft drink (pop/soda depending where you're from). Everything else I can stay away from. But I'm working on it and its for health reasons not weight loss reasons that I want to give it up.

I didn't even know you could comment on diaries! still learning.

What do you consider a binge? "binge" is different things to different people. Some people consider binge eating to eat whatever food they can find and sometimes even drink sauces straight from the bottle and don't stop until they vomit (think emptying out the pantry and freezer in a single session). Other people consider…
