I have my birthday coming up. I'm not sure if I want to have it be a cheat day or not. :drinker:
The family tradition of late has been for a trip to a nearby restaurant. One serves very good Asian food; the other is an all-you-can-eat buffet of all sorts of Asian food (along with some salad). The latter is about the only time I allow myself sushi.
 How do you keep your weight loss going on a birthday?

I don't celebrate it with food.
I have a good day with friends and family and have a really good time doing whatever I choose. Food is not the highlight of my birthday anymore.0
