Popcorn homemade - calories?

wasn't sure where to put this but just wondering how to work out the calories of homemade popcorn...made with popping corn in a small amount of oil.

My brand is 30g of unpopped corn (riviana) is 109 calories.
I air pop mine so you would just have to add the calories for the oil.
Then after I have eaten it I weigh the unpopped kernals and deduct those (usually 3-4 grams unpopped). If I can't be bothered weighing them I don't and just count the total 30g which is my serving that I weigh out before popping.0 -

Get a cheap air popping machine from the local kmart/target/big W/ebay/whatever cheap homeware store you have around.
Put the kernals in, start her up, 4 mins later POPCORN! No added oil needed.
Apparently you can do it in a paper bag in the microwave but I've never done it.0
