MFP set me up at 1230 calories a day and 3 days a weeks I burn anywhere from 600-900 calories a day...and I add that to my 1230 and I get 1800-2000 calories I can eat a day. And on the days I burn 300-500 calories a day I have NO PROBLEM eating all my calories back!!

Well 3 kids a husband and a job...didnt make working out or eating right a priorioty...and my kids got into sports and running them around 50 differant places ate out way too much!

Jillians kettlebell workout is great it has alot of the same moves you do in the ripped in30 but you are using the kettlebell! Great for abs and all over workout!

I am 5'8 and 176 my goal is 150 and my calories are 1540 a day which was set up by MFP

I work with an attorney doing title searches for real estate closings...when its busy im on my feet at the courthouse. I work out during lunch for 40 minutes (GREAT STRESS RELIEVER) and I do a workout before I go home, because when I get home its JOB #2...mom of three kids!!
