Can I join to? i eat 6 small meals a day (well try too) as i've always been a grazer and this helps by me eating this way. My weigh in day is a Tuesday i start at 253.8lbs0

Sure I'm in I go on Vacation starting Friday, so I won't be able to weigh in next week, but I am taking MFP with me on my cell to log etc!
If anyone knows how to create a group to add us to that'd be great!!0 -
I'm game! Wednesdays are my weigh and measure day - I was 234 June 20th. I weigh again tomorrow.

This sounds great to me - this would mean I'll be at my goal by 25th Oct, and that would be fantastic!
I don't manage to do a gym session everyday - but on days I don't get to the gym I always walk the dogs, take my kids to the park etc.so I should be able to meet the 30 mins a day if walking counts?
I usually do an hour on days I do work out which is around 4 days so I'm sure this can be balanced out at the end of each week.

Thirty minute work out at lunch: 8 minute warmup on treadmill and 20+ minutes light strength training then grab a quick bite of lunch and back to work. YES!0
