    This sounds great to me - this would mean I'll be at my goal by 25th Oct, and that would be fantastic!

    I don't manage to do a gym session everyday - but on days I don't get to the gym I always walk the dogs, take my kids to the park etc.so I should be able to meet the 30 mins a day if walking counts?

    I usually do an hour on days I do work out which is around 4 days so I'm sure this can be balanced out at the end of each week.

    Thats about 9ks right? Ok, I will give it a go. However, I dont seem to be loosing much lately as I think its turning to muscle.

    I would like to give it a try, even though I would like to loose 40lbs this will be a great start at 170.

    Thirty minute work out at lunch: 8 minute warmup on treadmill and 20+ minutes light strength training then grab a quick bite of lunch and back to work. YES!
