I have one. When I lost so much weight my rings didn't fit anymore so instead of buying new ones since I still have a ways to go I did a tattoo on my wedding finger. It has 3 hearts, one for me one for my husband and one for our baby that we lost.

Really? How does this effect you in anyway? I walk my dog anywhere between 2-4 miles, wear my hrm and burn over 300 cals. I don't eat them back but if I did that would nit affect you I'm any way. Oh and I've lost over 100lbs.

I'm a very emotional eater. I eat when I'm sad bored and happy, but what I have been trying too do is go for a walk and think and then if I still want something I try to eat fruit or a low call snack like cheese. I also don't really have junk good in the house, so that helps.

I read all the time on the bike, I will put it on level 10 and read until I hit 8 miles. My knees kill me so this helps distract me from the pain.. I try to read some on the treadmill, I run/walk, when I walk I read, not so much when I run..

It depends on your body. I have lost over 100lbs and I went almost 50lbs befor going down then went down pretty fast in pants after that (32 pants to a 22). But in shirts I have only gone down 2 sizes and that's only in some brands in some I am just down one. Don't let it dicourage you, you will get to your goals..

I weigh once a week. Your weight changes so much day to day. I weigh on Friday morning that way I can also eat a. Little higher cals but still under goal and have all week for it to balance back out.

These are both just estimated, neither are more than like correct.. A app cannot determine your HR or the effort, or even the type of terrain you ar on and these all contribute to how many cals you actually burn.. Even at my highest (461) mine was only in the 50's and now @ 330 it is 40-45... I hate that it is so low in rest because I never feel like I can get my HRM to work right since even in a full run my HR does not go over 130-140...

My doctor just told me last week that 1% is the best choice.. He said that you still get all the nutrients and calcium but still a little lower in cals..
