With the DD website vs MFP I have also noticed that when I put the recipe in, fix the ingredients to match and then save and log it, the calories are way more on MFP then a normal meal. I just ordered the 30DS and it will be here Monday or Tuesday. I have trouble sticking with workout DVDs so I will need all the support and motivation I can get. I'll probably start Wednesday morning.

Oh Bird of Paradise is definitely a goal for me. Maybe this year, maybe next. I can get the bind but then I have to just breathe in it while everyone else just springs right up. But we are all students of yoga so it will come if and when we are ready, right?

I have many and love all of them, even the ones I got when I was young and didn't quite think it through. They are all part of me...but the fact that you are unsure enough to ask us on MFP mean you probably need to mull it over a little more. When you are 100% sure and have the image ready you should go for it.

I do hot yoga and a power vinyasa yoga class three times a week and I do love traditional yoga and the whole atmosphere of it. One liter is 33.8 oz or just a little over four cups. I use my 1 liter Poland Spring bottle as four cups for tracking purposes.

I agree that hydrating is very very important. I do yoga regularly and hot Pilates too, but the Bikram yoga classes I am taking now are much more intense. I noticed that I get a bad headache if I don't drink a lot before class and I got dizzy once from not eating enough during the day. Granted you shouldn't eat in the two…
