    Done on top of Jillian Michaels kickboxing workout 2 and boy did I feel the burn. Did anyone actually log this and if so how?

    AHHH! My Calves kill already today, but I will do this! Though I am gonna have to watch that video because I am a little fuzzy as to what these look like. :)

    I was only able to log it with strength training. When I checked the calories on a different site it was around 50 calories burned for my height and weight. :)

    MONDAY: 100 CRUNCHES

    TUESDAY: 100 SQUATS

    WEDNESDAY:100 OVERHEAD PRESSES

    THURSDAY: 200 CALF RAISES

    FRIDAY : 100 PUSH-UPS (any kind)


    Ahh Friday! OUCH! I think i've already done about 100 push ups in my punch class today. (The instructor made us do them after nearly every boxing track, cheeky bugger!)

    BUT... I will do 100 more! Challenge accepted!

    (My calves hurt today. Anyone else?!?!?!)


    Edit: DONE! (Though the last 50 were done semi standing - My poor [everything!] couldn't take 50 more on the ground!!)

    Oops, forgot to post again to say done. From standing on floor w/out weights. Now off to find todays challenge!
