  • i dont give it much thought..my dog died of a brain cancer 3 weeks ago..and since then i've hit the gym like literally 3 times and have been eating whatever i want. i feel so depressed most days i have no energy or will..but its ok..its ok to grieve. i've gained like 2 lbs..but its not a big deal...motivation will come…
  • a cardio type workout. uses body weight exercises...wont build muscle, just remove fat. it comes with videos and a diet plan. its very high intensity.
  • it could really be anything..if you run often, it could simply be some sort of inflammation in the joint..bursitis..rest, alternate ice and heat and anti-inflammatory medications (ibuprofin) should help. there are times when i run my ankle gets painful, and for me its all about rest..i stop running and do another less…

  • the best most trusted formula is called the harris benedict formula..google it..its on wiki..its the most accurate. just remember to convert to metric and add in your 'activity' level. the activity level includes your daily exercise routine.
