Around 2 years ago, I twisted my left wrist just a little. But after that it stated to sort of get stuck, randomly and if I put weight on it, at times it starts hurting but once I turn in back and forth, and crack it, it stops.
I cant do push ups or any kind of exercise where you have to put pressure on the hands, feels very unconfortable in the left hand, sometimes gets stuck or starts hurting.
I thought it would stop after i while, but its been over a year and its still the same.
I dont have health insurance so i can't really go ask a doctor about it..
Anyone has any idea what might be wrong?
or how i can make it better?
