What is the best and most accurate scale in your opinion? Which do you use.. price. Buying one tomorrow :/ tired of hopping on random ones.. I want to track it better.

    the best one is the same one. they all measure differently. i work in a hosptial and all our scales are different. i use the same one at my gym to measure my weight loss. i literally weighed myself during a doctor visit said i was 6 lbs heavier than i was on my gym scale i measured the very next day...

    just use the same one daily. The type doesn't matter so much as using the same scale and seeing the number of pounds you've lost.
