I, in a sense, do that... I will plan my meals ahead of time and input them in the calorie tracker during the morning hours, that way I can adjust and make sure I dont stray from what I've put down to eat.

I think it's okay to have a day a week to indulge a little... but both Bud and Miller have come out with products that are low in calories compared to their originial brothers... Bud 55 and Miller Draft 64 calorie (can't remember what the actual name is..) drinks... maybe those could help?

Skinless/boneless chicken breasts, Frozen/Raw Veggies like corn, green beans, and broccoli, hummus, Oatmeal, Bananas, Soy Milk, Sara Lee 45 Cal delight honey wheat bread, and I've just recently discovered Paula Deen's Maple Pumpkin butter, 25 calories per tablespoon. Amazing if you love pumpkin!

My plan today is to do 25 min on the elliptical, 30-35 min of walking and 30 min on the stationary bike... then for weights today, Bicep curls, tricep push downs and push ups.

I too have this same problem on the elliptical machine. But then I loosened up my laces and it almost subsided completely.. now on the stationary bike I get it too, but I think it's from being on it too long. LOL
