  • Cottage cheese doubles, peanut butter pretzels, fiber bars, fruit leathers, pickles, fresh veggies, lean chicken with fresh fruit juices and spices for marinade. RICE!Most importantly what I Don't keep in my house is cheese, bread and any other major temptations!

    Skinless/boneless chicken breasts, Frozen/Raw Veggies like corn, green beans, and broccoli, hummus, Oatmeal, Bananas, Soy Milk, Sara Lee 45 Cal delight honey wheat bread, and I've just recently discovered Paula Deen's Maple Pumpkin butter, 25 calories per tablespoon. Amazing if you love pumpkin!
