April 5 lb challenge/ 4 days of working out

Hello All, I'm starting a challenge for the month of April which ahve two parts.
The first is working out at least 4 days out of the week.
The second part is reaching a goal of 5 pounds.
Any one who's interested respond that you are in.
Every Monday I will need you to send in how much you have lost and how many days you have worked out.

    What's everyone's plan for today?

    I'd like to run 3 miles on the treadmill and then lift some light weights.

    My plan today is to do 25 min on the elliptical, 30-35 min of walking and 30 min on the stationary bike... then for weights today, Bicep curls, tricep push downs and push ups.
