I am trying to lose at least 10-15 pounds. I keep losing 2 or 3 and then right back up to the same weight again. This has been going on for months now.

Hard boiled egg and a 90 calorie sandwich thin toasted. slice egg make a sandwich with salt and pepper. calorie free spray butter on the toast. Yum!

Im having the same problem and posted something along these lines earlier today. Here is the conclusion i have come to with the feedback i received. Either i am not logging/weighing all my food religiously and i am taking in more calories than i think or i am not burning as much as i think. Same boat as you, working out…

I drink some water before my spinning classes in the morning but never eat until i am done. I find it slows me down and makes me feel like im lagging. Then afterwards i have a protien rich breakfast. :-)

I hate that feeling that my stomach has stretched from overeating, It makes me depressed and i just start feeling so bad about myself.

I ate an apple and a banana as a snack. I put me over my sugar intake for the day? I think it is very unrealistic; especially for natural sugars.
