I try to keep some snack foods that I also enjoy around like hummus and pita chips, or fruit. I also put some pictures of myself when I was thin, pre-kids to motivate me to stay away from the foods that my body doesn't love. (Not that I don't)

I work out 5-6 times a week for an hour each time. I think what you're doing is fine.

I get sooo bored with going to gyms so I do all of my workouts at home by way of dvds and then I use some light gym equipment afterwards. You have to do what will work for you and what you'll stick with in the long run. Good luck.

Well for me, I set it for the medium level of working out. I need to lose 60lbs so I need some serious fat burning. I stayed pretty much in the fat burning zone the whole time.
