So pleased. Did W4D1 today and i struggled with the 3min runs last week but this week they felt half the time and the 5mins were even easier than the 3mins last week. Yay :)

W3D3 done :) ! Also i went for a run after work yesterday as i friend kept nagging me (i usually run with my pup only)! And i ran 1.51 miles in 16mins30secs and i thought i was gonna be sick. W3D2 done :) Hayfever nearly killed me. I cant breathe now and my eyes are all blood shot boohoo. Tried to slow it down as i know i need to as the runs are bevoming longer!

Well i have 7lbs left but i havent weighed now since 26th May (im not counting or anything lol)! Im gonna weigh next the last day of this month. Hopefully be more of a boost than watching fluctuations and bejng disapointed!

W3D1 complete. I didnt look at the times of the runs thought it would br best not to know and just go with it. Ha i thought my app had stopped or something i was like seriously when are you gonna say walk?! But it was over quite quickly and i was proud after :)

Thanks girls for suggestions :) I am not a fan of shock absorber. I bought the flexiwire and it is completely lose on the straps and provides zero support! Xox

This morning i completed W2D2 :) Overall pace averaged out between walking and running is 12:04?! Is that standard or what? I started week two today. So im hoping to get some good results. I also run with my doggy - we get on fine untill he decides to sniff something & stop dead! I use an extendable lead so have to call him when i notice him drop bk!xx

Im mega impressed by runkeeper it tracks my whole run with gps even when im cutting across fields or going diwn cycle paths :) I have an S3 so android xoz

Im using runkeeper app. I did it two days in a row because i was supposed to be doin night shifts the next two nights. Defo not gonna do two in a row again. Beed to do something inbetween tho when not working just a case of what....xx

I did W1D3 today. I did day two yesterday & didnt struggle a great deal but today was awful. It was reaaallly hot though and maybe i should of had a rest day? Scared to start week 2!
