I've just discovered that you can click "ignore" in that little drop down menu next to someone's username and their posts disappear. This thread is way more pleasant now.

I carry a Bersa .380 or a S&W M&P 9mm. Love both of 'em. You might go through a few before you find one you really love to carry, but this thread has lots of great suggestions (if you can weed through all the posts from that anti-gun zealot to find them :smile: ).

According to their website the double-bypass burger is a POUND of ground beef. How can anyone even eat that much?!?!

Is there a reason you can't bring a meal? You could also keep some meal replacement bars on hand. I ate those a lot of the time while I was working nights. I would go home and go straight to bed, so neither breakfast nor dinner for me.

The only non-animal protein I'm aware of is soy protein. I've never tried it, so I can't comment on the taste.

See if anybody else in the group wants to exercise with you. You'd get a better workout in, you guys would have something else fun to do together and you'd get some quality fellowship out of it.

I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch almost every day and am still losing weight. Exercise plateaus happen because your body improves and no longer exerts as much energy doing the exercise. Your stomach doesn't get any better at burning calories.

I like this topic. 81 days in a row logging on MFP 15 days in a row commuting with human power, and 14 of them were walking 41 days in a row getting some form of cardio 5 pounds lost in April and 7 pounds lost in the last 30 days!

Do you have time between classes and on your breaks at work when you could walk or do things like pushups and crunches? I bet you can find a place to fit in some exercise. :)

Odd... are you sure there isn't an old weigh-in that you forgot about? If you go to your Check In page and click 'edit previous entries' it will show you all your past logs. I don't know, maybe it was just a glitch.

You probably won't feel much from an NO supplement unless you're pushing yourself pretty hard. If you're looking for some workout nutrition, go with a good old whey protein shake. And yeah, buy online.

Say your first weigh-in was 150 and your most recent weigh-in was 152, if you then weighed in at 148.8 that would be a loss of 2.2 since your last weigh-in and a loss of 0.2 overall.
