This doesn't seem accurate...I haven't had a banana in weeks and I eat a lot of peanut butter and lunchmeat, where are they?

I can't decide if the massive amounts of caffeine or the fact that 9 of my top 10 are beverages is more funny. I also kind of love that Fun Dip is the only non-drink item on the list.

The interesting thing is that you can see how my eating habits have changed. It's really obvious some of the things that USED to be the norm that are still there as reminders, and how I've shifted toward better eating habits. Kind of interesting, and good!

My most used foods are:
1. Coffee with skim milk or 1%
2. Whole wheat bread toast (with either peanut butter and half of a medium banana or butter and honey)
3. Grilled or baked salmon or chicken with baked potato or sweet potato
4. Kashi or special K cereal with skim milk or 1%
5. Raw almonds - no salt
6. Fruits: watermelon, berries, apples, etc.
7. Greek nonfat yogurt
8. Fresh express salads with tomatoes, onions avocado and carrots with apple cider vinegar and olive oil, dash of black pepper and crushed red pepper
9. Dark chocolate bar shared with my husband once a week or sugar free chocolate ice pops
10. 4 egg white omelette with veggies, hot salsa and 2 corn tortillas0 -
