  • Yes He is!:blushing: What's even more interesting is that he was one of the "potential love interests" on the old VH1 show "What Chilli Wants" the former TLC member, Chilli was in search of a love interest. She was not interested in him b/c she felt he was a "know it all" and possibly "into himself." I am just glad he has…
  • I alternate between TaeBo and Zumba (Mostly Zumba) , but Taebo is GREAT for the core:wink: .. if you have a few rolls in ur back or front, Taebo will make sure that they leave and the kicks create a cute backside:laugh: Stick with it, hon.. you're gonna get the hang of it... your balance will improve as well ;) Rock…
  • GREAT ARTICLE:bigsmile: .. and thank you for posting, b/c it answers some questions that I had posted to my friends list a few days ago about Omega-3 but I must add... ~THIS PART WAS HILARIOUS!!!!~ "Giving her omega-3 fatty acids to help her brain development seemed like a good idea until she started outsmarting me. Last…
  • Thanks Crys.. I believe you're right, I already use the Special K shakes.. and will just use Jillians when I get to the grocery store.
  • Thanks so much Tangal.. we should always use wisdom in this regard, but thanks for the heads up ;)
  • That's awesome, thank you for sharing that... you can't beat the fact that they offer to let you try it for a trial period. I'm assuming you liked it enough to see the loss ;) Thanks so much.:flowerforyou:
  • :flowerforyou: Gwen, You are beautiful inside and out and you have worked hard on this journey and I celebrate your accomplishment cuz you are SHINING baby! Shine on Shuga! Love Ya!!!!!:smooched:
  • worked for me too... My podiatrist recommended the same exercises ... they work! Also the gel insoles that are extra cushiony! Keep rocking your workouts, but be sure to pay attention to your body's alarms, I'm sure you know that already.. but don't get skinny and end up on the couch w/ a cast
  • OK now that was what you call PAYBACK!!!
  • I am so sorry you endured that, but I bet you are a marvelous person who is kind and so considerate of others now that you endured such tragic experiences. No doubt you are a blessing to all you meet ;)... My embarassing moment was in High School.:embarassed: I went to school for half a day and then worked in the afternoon…
  • That is soooo awesome:bigsmile: , may the Lord bless your endeavor to not only perfect your goal, but to also present yourself to sooo many who are hopeless in the battle against the bulge. :flowerforyou: Shine on Shuga!!!
  • OK, I got called out... but actually, I had only hidden it 2 days ago to see if anyone would notice and only my friends who are true to me bothered/noticed it. Good to have friends who actually follow up to see how you're taking care of yourself. Sixpack.. YOU ARE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AN AWESOME FRIEND!!! :smooched:
  • I'm gonna look into that one ... SOUNDS FUN!!!
  • Those doggone "ugly" realities! :grumble: I already arrived at that one:laugh: , but I can surely get doggone CLOSE!!!
  • I like the hula hoop idea... everyone knows how to HULA!!! yeah baby!!! oh and I used to do belly dancing on FitTV... I just felt awkward.. LOL
  • Thanks I hadn't considered taking my toning sticks on the NON-TONING days. We get great cardio, I'm just lacking in the core area. Each Instructor is different and mine doesn't wholly focus on that.
  • Really??? I did NOT know that!!! Thanks!!!
  • I tried that once on Infinity/Comcast ON DEMAND and it didn't keep my interest.. I like to dance and move. I need something that's fun and high impact but not too devastating to my aging joints.
  • I honestly think that will work! I hadn't considered it. We do some work in Zumba toning (w/toning sticks which are 1.5lbs) so A real kettlebell work out might just do the trick... I'll youtube the workouts w/ the bells. Thanks so much for the suggestion :flowerforyou:
  • OK first things first.. the "on the face laughing icon" is hilarious!!! Second.. I am soooooo guilty of pressing harder on the remote control.. and I would equate that to when I'm driving following directions.. why do I turn the music down so I can find it better.. .LOL and the extra penny came from the smart guy who…
  • :noway: I did Medifast twice... once in high school and once again about 10 yrs ago... :ohwell: IT WORKS but you must comeup with an eating plan or you will gain it back, double!!! I got sick of the shakes and that's why I got off of it. I did workout and walked on my non-workout days and lost about 45lbs before I dropped…
  • I love it... I do wear an HRM in my class and it often pitches me at 700-800:noway: .. I thought it was an over estimation... you literally have to chk ur HR between songs... to get the most accurate reading... but according to the zumbacalories.com site.. it's actually accurate.. WOW! Thanks for the post!

  • Oh wow, :noway: was that early JUNE b/c the EXACT SAME thing happened to us... the kids and I were NOT happy about it!!! Furthermore, most everyone at our resort was bragging about how awesome Typhoon Lagoon is as opposed to Blizzard Beach.. we all wished we had gone to Typhoon, however Blizzard was great for the 4 rides…
  • Jen, you are HILARIOUS!
  • We have all felt uncoordinated and weird looking. I posted a blog about my journey from the back of the class to the front that you can read in your leisure. I mentioned how when I started I felt like a lost puppy ricocheting off of my mistakes trying to learn the moves. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/LovelySpirit …
  • AWESOME of you... you read my mind!!!

  • Well darlin, the closest I get to learning of Zumba Masterclasses is when my teacher hosts it. However, I sent her a txt when you asked and she said, you can google Masterclasses but it's on an individual basis and the desire in the area that sparks one. :) Hope that helps... Zumbaaaaa!!!
