40 calorie fudgsicles. or breakfast blend coffee with some fat free hot cocoa mixed in - tastes like a mocha coffee but the coffee/cocoa is 25 calories or less depending on how much of the mix you use!!

I started out at about the same weight as you and was/am extremely out of shape. I do kettlebell - not too difficult to do and I found routines for that online. Just google beginners kettlebell. I think MFP figures calories way high. Because of this, I usually only eat back about 1/2 of my exercise calories

I will be celebrating the 15th anniversary of my 35th birthday this summer - am definitely too fat but am down 44 pounds since last July - not a vegan and my dog is fairly normal - 2 fairly normal cats and one crazy, grumpy cat from hell!!! If I bake a whole batch of cookies I can never stop at just 1 or 2. I buy the refrigerated cookie dough buttons and then just bake a couple in my toaster oven and I am done. Much easier to control eating when there are only a few laying around!!

I usually do not post negative responses but the original poster is asking for opinions. Don't mind small tats but think sleeves and tats coving neck and face make you look trashy. And I hate skulls/crossbones/dark subject tats. Again just my opinion!

Where did you come up with the idea that there are foods you can't eat?? You can eat anything you want - just use portion control and log it.

Diets don't work. Just change your eating habits, eat healthier foods - not a bunch of junk and fast food. Slow and steady is best.

I try to record everything - If I am not honest it is because I did not eat enough so i pad it a little. My Dr. said 1000 - 1200 calories but I find if I eat under 1200 I get the "starvation mode" lecture from friends!!

Just about EVERYTHING has some research saying it is bad for you so I am going to enjoy my aspertame and not worry about it!
