I'm on day 6 of the kickstart. Sticking to a 1200 calorie diet. Looking forward to tomorrow's rest day.

Started week 3 today... down 6.6lbs!

I tried them last year and I lost about 7lbs in the 1st month and then stalled. I did not notice any change in my energy . For the cost I could not justify it.

I work out in the morning so I can get it out of the way. I get up and workout..no excuses.

I lost a couple of pounds at the beginning and then nothing. I stoppped using it because I could not justify the cost and it made me terribly constipated.

I restarted this week but am alternating weeks everyday. I've lost inches but no pounds. I definitely see definition in my legs and core

I would start with the 30day shred, the moves are hard but simpler.

It takes a day or two to get used to every level but it is doable. Just follow the modifications. I am on Level 3 Day 5 and going strong. I have not lost any weight but have lost 8 inches at my half way point.

One more day of level 3 and then I am down to the last level :)

There are some difficult moves in level 3, duck walk is one of them. Cindy..awesome job! You look great. I did level 3 day 2 today and it was better now that I know the moves. The plank dips? I don't think Im doing those right.

I'm glad level 3 isn't soo bad. I will give it a go tomorrow morning. The ale isn't really budging here but I have lost 8 inches!

Yes. My wrists are sore also. I completed my last lvl 2 workout this morning. Starting level 3 on Monday. Let me know how it goes for you tomorrow.

I finished day 5 of week 2 today. Will finish off weed 2 tomorrow. The plank moves still kill me. I have to stop for a couple seconds everytime. No measurements taken yet. Will take them on Monday at my half way point.
