    I started it on Sunday. It is a good workout. I can feel it in my Abs everytime a take a deep breath in. Must be working! Good Luck everyone.

    I was pondering this or 30 day shred. I think Ill start with RIPPED because I have started shred before and know what she does. Got this at home waiting for me! Count me in.
  • hey if you think Jillian is too extreme you could start the workouts that i plan on starting today. I believe it's a good plan hopefully. I guess more people that join me in my journey to lose weight will keep me motivated enough.

    I started on Sunday as well. I completed day three and my legs feel like they have been run over by a mack truck! I did the 30 Day shred last year and I think I saw good results so I decided to try RI30. I'm trying to change my food intake too.

    Does anyone know long it takes for the soreness to go away? I start workouts then after I see results I tend to stop so I can't remeber if I was this sore the last time I did a workout.

    Am I right that the RI30 is more intense than the Shred? If so, it may be a while until I'm ready for this!

    I am off work today so going to do workout #4 early. Decided I am not going to eat crazy because its the holiday. I cut back on food but not following the meal plan since I hate cooking!

    Off to have my protein smoothie breakfast!
