Just back from a lovely 10 day family vacation- let myself drink wine and I didn't get as much exercise as normal- up about 3 pounds. I was back at the gym bright and early this morning trying to get myself back on the right track. L

I made these yesterday. I thought it said 2/3 cup yogurt- it's what I used and had to mix a while to get the consistency right. I used a small ice cream scoop and made brownie cookies instead- they were moist and chewy and pretty good.

I am looking forward to better health for me and my family. My daughter has had a terrible cough for 2 weeks now, I have had some mild cold symptoms or maybe allergies (hard to tell), and now my son has an eye issue (hopefully allergies and not an infection). I want this all to be over so things can get back to normal…

Hope everyone had a great weekend. The film my husband worked on was released on Saturday and has been selling quite nicely so we had a good weekend. The sun is shining bright here today- went to the gym this morning and plan on taking an afternoon walk once my little one wakes up from his nap.

I too am pulling out the old clothes- fun closet shopping. I am currently in the smallest size I have though (14) and will soon need to do some shopping. It's pretty funny how different my size 14 clothes are- some that are older are pretty small and some that are newer either fit perfectly or are too big. Hope everyone…

I am waiting until tomorrow to do my official weigh-in for the week. As of this morning I am down another pound though- hope it sticks. My weight does change from day to day so I am going to wait until tomorrow since that is the day I weighed in last week. Hope everyone has a good rest of the week. Cold and rainy here!

I agree...I was using the numbers from the machines at the gym which were significantly lower than MFP numbers (yes I entered my age and weight) and I still was not seeing the results I thought I would. I think the ones that don't require you to stir have oil added. I look for ones that only contain peanuts and salt (I don't really like unsalted peanut butter. I have been buying mine at Costco (Kirkland Brand). Like previous poster- I keep it on a shelf upside down until I am ready to open it. I stir it well with a knife…

At last night's weigh-in I was 221 so no change- but was down this morning- hoping for a big loss next week. As far as my goal is concerned...I am keeping it small in my head for the time being (easily overwhelmed) so it is to be under 200. I will re-assess my goal once I get there. This works for me too plus it makes me feel so much better. I try to go to the gym when it's not very crowded if I am starting to feel sick too.
