Hi all, I'm Karim from Chicago. I work in IT. Over the past year I gained ~45 lbs. I'm ~250 lbs now. Plus I stopped exercising and got out of shape. I'm really enjoying P90X3 so far. I find the hardest part is to start the workout, but once I am into it, it's fun and flies by.

I did Day 9.Agility X today, finally around 9:30PM.

Day 8, Total Synergistics. Was still sore from last week going into it. Boats and side planks were tough in this one.

I'm on the rest day. Not sure if I'll do Dynamix. Might do P90X Stretch instead.

I did Warrior today. Pretty fun. Though I skipped/subbed some exercises that I thought would be risky for my back... namely roller boat, fifer scissor twist, and abrinome.

I just did the day 2 workout. I enjoyed both a lot so far. Fun, intense, but short and easy to modify to my level.

For me carb or sugar heavy foods like cereal, milk, popcorn, and chips are very easy to overeat and don't really satisfy my hunger for long. I recommend buying foods that are high in fiber, fat, and protein instead. Foods like that are more filling, so your kids will probably need to eat less and will feel less hungry too.…
