Gotta start somewhere! I’m always out of breath when I work out lol!!! Start off doing easier hiit workouts and you will get there :) it’s uncomfortable and awful at first, the whole out of breath thing, but it gets better!

Almost every day. And my diets been good too. So I’m not quite sure what’s going on. Probably just bloated and stuff too. I am seeing a difference in my body and that’s what matters more than the number on the scale!

No weight down, but lost a few inches!! The no change in weight tho has got me down, I was down over the weekend to 194.8, but not sure why I went back up! Guess it just takes time, some progress is better than no progress tho!

Kakaovaniyla, I’m glad things are going better! And great job rdl81! Also very true about planning meals ahead!!! I’ve done that this week and have stopped to get lunch out at all! Very refreshing, and saves a ton of money!!! Lol Happy Friday everyone!

Well feel free to post your Friday stats! As for measurements, Once you get the hang of it it only takes a couple minutes! I like to do measurements because I feel like I see more progress that way, more consistent for me than weight.

Chocolate. Ugh. I ALWAYS crave chocolate. If I absolutely have to have it, I get the darkest chocolate I can find and have just one square after dinner each night :)

Hey! We're in the same boat! 3 hours of driving and 8.5 in the cube! Same goal weight loss too!! I'm in the same cycle of getting fit then loosening up and getting chubby again!!! Good luck! :)

Thanks, I am super cutting calories tomorrow and hope to maybe do some arm machines at curves and burn a few calories, but, I doubt It will really do anything. a few days off won't kill me as long as I eat right I guess!!
