Injured, HELP!

I haven't gone to the doctor yet but....
I know I have chronic tendonitis in my hip, and it is acting up again, but now, so is my knee.
I think it is the IT band, if it is not better by mid week I am calling the DR.
I run, elliptical, and row every day.
And now I can't do any of that for a few days!!
Does anyone know how I can still lose weight while I am down recovering aside from just drastically reducing my calories?
Thanks!

Take omega 3, it helps with tendonitis. other than that, theres really no way to burn calories without being active
Good luck!
also, try getting like a baseball or softball, and roll on your thighs. that also helps with the pain. I had a roommate that had tendonitis on his elbows and when he started rolling on his triceps and forearm, it got better0 -
Thanks, I am super cutting calories tomorrow and hope to maybe do some arm machines at curves and burn a few calories, but, I doubt It will really do anything. a few days off won't kill me as long as I eat right I guess!!0
