Hi, I am 27 and also 5'2. I started on MFP in January eating at 1200 calories a day and fitting in lots of exercise. I lost steadily. Then I got really tired and felt burnt out so increased my calories and relaxed my exercise and lost again. I think an hour a day most days is too much exercise, at least it was for me and I…

Eat water rich foods like melon and cucumber and use a good hand cream. If your weather is really cold though that could be the issue

For me, it's mostly been from buying a Fitbit, highly recommend. I also bought a cross trainer which is great for when I can't make it to the gym (i'm not able to make the gym as often as i'd like), so it definitely helps!

You will do it, i've found MFP to be really motivating:) sending you a request.

I love carbs too much to give them up. I'm only the second month in on this, but it's working so far and i've not restricted my carbs and I eat them regardless of the time of day or night. That being said, there are always options to reduce carbs/calories by choosing a healthier bread with less calories etc, these…

The opposite to how I thought it would come off, first, my legs, my trousers feel so baggy now and people have commented on it, some off my stomach and face, but wish more would come off my arms and chubby face lol

Hi, well done on your loss! :) , it's amazing the difference logging calories actually has. I've been doing this since the 1st of January and i've lost over half a stone. Will send you a friend request.

Green tea and herbal teas are really good for giving you a boost, there are plenty of flavoured varieties around and at only 2 calories a cup they are worth drinking. I heard you have to drink 4 cups a day to notice a difference metabolism/weight wise, but I've no idea if that is true or not!
