So over the last two years I have really let myself go. Not intentionally mind you. I was looking over old pics and then took some new ones and HATE what I saw.

This is me now.

I am hoping for support on here as I continue my journey because I have almost no support here at home.

I have lost about 20 lbs since I decided to start getting back into shape and healthy again. Have to figure out how to change my start weight because I was 215 lbs at my heaviest (about four months ago).
Just thought I would share. Feel free to add me :)
