  • Would like to join. This group. I am 61 and currently weigh 330. In jan I was 360 so a bit of progress. 3 years ago I was 240 while off on disability for several surgeries.   • Going to work at a large girl guide camp on Tuesday in northern/ central BC. Away from the forest fire area! Lots of walking and work. Back on aug 1 when I will need a vacation from my vacation!

  • On track today. Lots of steps in. Calories good. Was going to take the dogs for a walk when I noticed one limping. Could not see anything so I took him to the vet. He has broken a bone in his foot. Probably tripped in one of the holes he dug!! So no running around for him!! Guess I will be filling in those holes tomorrow.…

  • Filling up on water so I don't binge eat tonight after a crazy hectic day at work
  • Thought I really wanted a drink after I got home from a crazy shift at work. Over 10.000 steps. Decided I would rather stay on track and under calories so no drink tonight
  • Home again. Stayed on track and had a great time visiting with my youngest son and helping my daughter with her 3 mo old baby. Back to work tomorrow. Boo

  • Mermaid princes Rach- I sometimes buy a bar of 90% chocolate, divide it up into serving sizes and hide most of it in the freezer. I keep one serving accessible. Having to really dig for more will sometimes make me think twice about what I am doing. And I savour each bite of the allocated piece
  • Hanging on by a thread. Did well yesterday but as I was driving home from work I noticed I was still fat! Somehow felt that I should notice a difference after surviving ONE day on track. What a nutball. Lol
  • am_change. " families are complicated". Such an understatement!!! Our family is currently fractured so to hurt feelings and it is killing me. Praying for resolution. Food and logging good today but barely moving while enjoying my day off
