30DS is brilliant and I love it. Its hard work but you really do feel great and it works :) I am on level 3 and have just finished day 2 this morning. I have completed from day 1 to now with out any breaks.

I did weigh myself everyday but I have now hidden the scales in my wardrobe!!! I am trying to wean myself off weighing myself everyday and try to do it once a week. I am sure this will be more motivational :laugh:

I STRONGLY urge you and everyone else to start moving away from anything--supplement, equipment, OR workout program, that has her name on them, once you are now comfortable saying you have moved past the introductory/beginner phase. The only reason for the success of her programs is the intense marketing behind them.…

Cheese, cheese and more cheese! With a bit of chocolate added in for good measure!! Since turning Vegan in January I have lost around 4 stone (only found MFP a while ago) now trying to loose my last 10lbs grrrr!!

Trying to swap Coffee for Green Tea. I still drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day but replace my previous 3 to 4 additional for Green Tea. I love coffee :)

I walk my dogs for around 45 mins to an hour and then do 30DS.

D1 L2 completed. I actually enjoyed my first day of L2 although it was very fast!! Not sure about the ice skating move thing - can't get the hang of that at all!!
