30 ds plus other exercises?

hi, for 30 day shredders, do you do other exercises or work out other than this 20min workout?
Im 5'4, gained 60lbs during pregnancy and wanted to lose 80lbs. I already lost 30 so im down to 50 more.
Do i need more exercises other than 30ds? Im counting calories too.. Thanks!

    First time I just did the Shred alone. Now that I have to work harder to burn as many calories, I need to run and/or bike in addition to the Shred. (One I do pre-work, one post-work)

    i do the shred,then 30 mins jump rope straight after,but the shred on it's own is a great workout,good combination of strength and cardio,you will burn somewhere in the region of 250- 340 cals depending on sex,build age etc just doing that.

    The shred doesn't burn many calories, but it tones and shrinks like crazy

    I did some zumba and some aquafit classes, in addition to my dance game, but not a lot of set 'exercises'

    That worked for me :)

    I'm going to alternate 30DS with Couch to 5k. So on the 'rest days' from C2K I'm going to do 30DS. I tired 30DS earlier in the year and got half way through and lost 2 inches from my waist and several pounds, but got bored quickly. So am hoping the running alternating with Jillian will help this time around!

    I walk my dogs for around 45 mins to an hour and then do 30DS.

    wow. thanks for the reply.. i might add some exercises or cardio to my 30ds, it's just hard to find time if you're taking care of a newborn :)

    when i did the 30ds i also hit the elliptical for 20 to 30 minutes every other day. I also upped my water intake and ate oatmeal and one boiled egg each day.
