i am truly inspired. I started around 2 weeks ago and is hardly loosing any weight. This morning I got up and is 2 ounces lighter, I was somewhat disappointed. However, your story has given me a new hope. Thanks. i will continue making baby steps

Lunch time is the best time for you (me) - that is if you dont mind getting a bit sweaty. At times, when I'm at home I do the stairs with the kids and I think they enjoy that alot.

Hi, Im a few days old myself and is loving this site. I would do well with giving and getting support. weightloss is a struggle but Im willing to put up a fight. I just need time to rid myself of old eating habits. Id be happy to join you on this journey.
