I think those 3 goals would be great for another mini challenge. I will post my goals on my profile and then how I do each day on the wall like we did this past week. I love these mini challenges. They are not too overwhelming and can be very specific to what we need to improve on!

Now that my temp job is done, I am game for a mini challenge on burning calories. And the water thing. So, should we shoot for 500 calories per day from tomorrow (Sunday) through Thursday? And 8 cups of straight water? Anybody want to do that?

Thanks! I have never done this sort of thing before (using a computer site for support). I was a leader with another weight loss group but here I am REALLY needing help. I just don't have the motivation to get going again. I plan to get on here everyday (maybe a few times a day) and see if I can figure out how it all works…
